Welcome to Parcel Pro 3.0, the easy-to-use Archuleta County parcel mapping tool, created by Lynx Geosystems, LLC , located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

QUICKSTART
--The default tool is the ZOOMIN tool: Click and drag a box to zoom into a particular area.
--If you ever get lost, click the HOME BUTTON which will reset the map to its original state.
--The PDF Button allows you in one click to save a PDF document with a map and assessor data, including the sales history.

DETAILED HELP--TOOLBAR
Each tool on the toolbar has a tooltip explaining its use. Hover the mouse over each tool to access the tooltips.
ZOOM IN TOOL: Click and drag a box to zoom into a particular area.
PAN TOOL: After clicking this tool, you can click and drag on the map to move East, West, North or South.
INFO TOOL: After clicking this tool, click on a parcel. The Parcel Info tab will open, displaying the assessor data and sales history.
MEASURE TOOL: After clicking this tool, click on a parcel and the Lynx Geosystems patent pending one-click measuring tool will display the parcel dimensions. NOTE: measurements not to be used for legal purposes.
ERASER TOOL: If you have clicked parcels with the INFO TOOL or the MEASURE TOOL, clicking this tool will erase the markings.
ZOOMIN: This button zooms the map in a bit.
ZOOMOUT: This button zooms the map out a bit.
RESET MAP: This button will reset the map to the original state.

The map also shows "land ownership" in color. The green areas are Federal Lands (mostly Forest Service), and the tan areas are Ute lands (source:CDOT).
